These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by RMJDG ("we", "us", or "our"), including our mobile application Parent AI Stories and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. USE OF THE SERVICES

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
  • Use the Services to distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content provided through the Services, are owned by RMJDG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of others

4. AI-POWERED FEATURES

The Services include AI-based functionality.

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or educational advice
  • Your inputs may be processed by third-party providers such as OpenAI
  • AI-generated stories may contain inaccuracies, unexpected content, or inconsistencies

Use of AI features is at your own risk.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and may automatically renew unless canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Prices and subscription terms may vary by region and are displayed within the App Store before purchase.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, and AI providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and deleting your account where applicable.

9. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Services will be secure or free from bugs
  • Results obtained from the Services will be accurate, complete, or reliable

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMJDG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Services
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
