Why We Built MCP: The Open Standard That's Changing How AI Connects to the World

AI is incredibly powerful-but only when it can actually do something. For too long, connecting AI systems to the tools, data, and services that matter has been messy, fragmented, and vendor-locked. Each integration required custom code. Each AI platform spoke a different language. The potential went unrealized.

That's why we built MCP: the Model Context Protocol.

The Problem: AI Isolated From Reality
